The Barry County Sherriff’s Auxiliary is the non-uniformed, all-volunteer, division of the Barry County Sheriff’s office. The Auxiliary is composed of everyday citizens wishing to serve their community.

Why We Exist

Purpose & Mission

The purpose of the BCSA is to assist the Sheriff’s office as needed and increase citizen awareness of crime prevention and community safety.

The mission of the BCSA is to support the efforts of the Sheriff’s office by providing dedicated, professional service in a variety of assignments, and to enhance community engagement by bringing together law enforcement and citizens in the interest of safety and security in our homes, schools, offices, and neighborhoods.
